Mission Command Training Team Lead

About This Role

Lead the Mission Command Training Team at Fort Dodge, Iowa, providing formal and informal training on Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and simulations for Army personnel. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing individual and collective training events for various echelons.

Responsibilities

• Act as MCTT Lead
• Conduct formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training
• Plan, coordinate, and execute individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons
• Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS
• Execute training on the system in accordance with Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI)

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and familiar with all MCIS platforms and courseware
• Certified and current with Army training doctrine
• Served as assistant instructor for the same courseware
• Completed a course of study and experience in Army MCIS and MCIS software systems, and completed a formal course of study in the subject(s) to be trained
• Subject matter expert who has operated the system
• At least 4 years' service in support to the Army or other defense service

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and 4+ years of service in support to the Army or other defense service.
