Collective Trainer - Intel

About This Role

The Intel Collective Trainer will support mission command training at Fort Leavenworth, ensuring units receive the latest training and realistic scenarios. This role helps advance federal missions by providing integrated technology and operational support services to the defense and federal sector.

Responsibilities

• Supports live and constructive Mission Command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios
• Maintains DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches
• Works with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit's needs and to provide a realistic training event

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background
• A Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar) or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system
• 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within a specific Warfighting Function or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position.

Nice to Have

• CTC experience
• Previous Battalion or higher commander (or similar)
