Shift Supervisor

About This Role

The Shift Supervisor at CVS Health is a vital leader supporting the store management team, driving execution and performance by ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves supervising store staff, overseeing smooth operations, and handling opening and closing procedures when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not present.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank customers)
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following Planograms (POGs)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

Nice to Have

• Experience as a retail supervisor
