About This Role

A Shift Supervisor at CVS Health drives store execution, performance, and customer loyalty by overseeing store operations and staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor. This role involves ensuring smooth store functionality, completing opening/closing procedures, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute the displays, sign, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following Planograms (POGs)

• Deductive reasoning ability
• Analytical skills

• Advanced communication skills
• Supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent

• Experience as a retail supervisor
