Shift Supervisor

About This Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the store staff and operations, ensuring smooth procedures and excellent customer service. This role focuses on driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following Planograms (POGs)

• Deductive reasoning ability

• Supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

• Experience as a retail supervisor
