About This Role

The Shift Supervisor at CVS Health is a key leader who supports store management in driving store execution and performance by focusing on excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth store operations, particularly during manager absences, by leading store staff and overseeing opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise store crews by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank customers)
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

• Experience as a retail supervisor
