About This Role

Lead and develop a team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency at a Wendy's restaurant. Uphold brand standards for food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solve and deliver customer service
  • Lead, teach, and grow a team
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Stand and move for most of the shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Secure reliable transportation for travel to home store and other locations for training and tasks
