Lead and manage shifts at a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. Promote food safety and uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Problem solve and make decisions related to restaurant operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead, teach, and grow a team of restaurant employees
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant
- Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks
Requirements
- Enjoy problem solving, customer service, and decision making
- Commitment to teaching and growing a team
- Commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety
- Flexible work availability
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment (headset, register, grill)
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Reliable transportation
