About This Role

Lead and manage shifts at a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. Promote food safety and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solve and make decisions related to restaurant operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Lead, teach, and grow a team of restaurant employees
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and service
  • Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant
  • Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks
