About This Role

Manage daily operations at a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, food safety, and team development. Lead and motivate a team while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Handle problem-solving, customer service, and decision making
  • Teach and grow your team
  • Stand and move for most of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
  • Serve customers
  • Maintain a clean restaurant
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks

Requirements

  • Enjoy problem solving, customer service and decision making
  • Commitment to teaching and growing a team
  • Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Flexible work availability
  • Ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Secure reliable transportation
