Manage daily operations at a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, food safety, and team development. Lead and motivate a team while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Handle problem-solving, customer service, and decision making
- Teach and grow your team
- Stand and move for most of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
- Serve customers
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
Requirements
- Enjoy problem solving, customer service and decision making
- Commitment to teaching and growing a team
- Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Flexible work availability
- Ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation
