Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Prepare great food according to brand standards and guidelines
- Serve customers efficiently
- Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant
- Stand and move for most of the shift
- Operate restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
