Lead a team at Wendy's by solving problems, serving customers, making decisions, and promoting food safety. Teach and grow your team while maintaining brand standards and a clean restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Enjoy problem solving, customer service and decision making
- Lead, teach and grow your team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
- Serve customers
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
