About This Role

Lead and develop a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence within a Wendy's restaurant. Oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, and drive team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Solve problems, provide excellent customer service, and make decisions
  • Lead, teach, and grow a team
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Stand and move for most of the shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Travel to assigned home store and other locations for training and tasks

Requirements

  • Enjoy problem solving, customer service, and decision making
  • Desire to be a leader and commitment to teaching/growing a team
  • Commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety
  • Flexible work availability
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment (headset, register, grill)
  • Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Reliable transportation
