About This Role

Lead and develop a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations, promote food safety, and deliver excellent customer service at Wendy's.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead, teach, and grow a team
  • Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Stand and move for most, if not all, of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and serve customers
  • Maintain a clean restaurant
  • Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training

Requirements

  • Enjoy problem solving, customer service, and decision making
  • Commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety
  • Flexible work availability
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment like headset, register, or grill
  • Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Secure reliable transportation
