Lead and develop a team, ensuring a commitment to food safety and promoting proper procedures within a Wendy's restaurant. This role involves problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow your team
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Stand and move for most of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food
- Serve customers
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations for training and tasks
Requirements
- Enjoy problem solving, customer service and decision making
- Commitment to teaching and growing a team
- Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Flexible work availability
- Willing and able to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Willing and able to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Willing and able to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
