As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team within a fast-paced Wendy's restaurant environment, focusing on problem solving, customer service, and food safety, while contributing to team growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Problem solve and make decisions related to customer service and operations
- Lead, teach, and grow a team effectively
- Promote proper food safety procedures and a safe culture
- Stand and move for most of the shift
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
- Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation for work and occasional training
Requirements
- Enjoy problem solving, customer service, and decision making
- Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- Flexible work availability
- Willing and able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willing and able to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Willing and able to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
