About This Role

As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team within a fast-paced Wendy's restaurant environment, focusing on problem solving, customer service, and food safety, while contributing to team growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solve and make decisions related to customer service and operations
  • Lead, teach, and grow a team effectively
  • Promote proper food safety procedures and a safe culture
  • Stand and move for most of the shift
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
  • Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Secure reliable transportation for work and occasional training

Requirements

  • Enjoy problem solving, customer service, and decision making
  • Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willing and able to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Willing and able to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Willing and able to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
