About This Role

The Shift Manager provides leadership coverage and manages store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. This role ensures smooth operation by overseeing merchandise receiving, stocking, display building, and providing guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
• Prepare product for merchandising on the sales floor
• Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries
• Stock shelves and build displays with packaged products
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items
• Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the store
