About This Role

This role is responsible for providing food and beverage service during hotel banquet functions, ensuring the event space is visually appealing and all menu offerings are presented well.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at hotel banquet functions
• Ensure function space is visually appealing
• Present menu offerings for the event
• Place tablecloths and set tables
• Design food stations and manage beverage service
• Perform general banquet preparation
• Renew rooms and maintain a sanitary environment

• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads
