Lead the strategy and Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow TSOM and OMT implementation for enterprise open systems platform. Leverage industry best practices and effective communication to deliver enterprise business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and all Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow TSOM and OMT implementation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for customers
- Gather requirements and build user stories for TSOM and OMT ServiceNow Modules
- Design and develop ServiceNow process flows/workflows
- Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst responsible for implementing a ServiceNow solution design using best industry practices
- Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization
- Facilitate requirements gathering for customer acceptance documentation
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment that meet customer requirements
- Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers
- Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions
Requirements
- Senior Level Business Analyst Expertise
- Senior level experience with ServiceNow platform
- Senior level experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management modules
- Senior Level Experience Gathering Requirements And Developing Business Processes
- Experience gathering requirements and buidling user stories for TSOM and OMT ServiceNow Modules
- Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows
- Agile development cycle
- Experience with process flow documentation creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism for working on an Active Military Base
