About This Role

The Service Technician delivers timely and friendly service, repairing VGT and Coin Operations equipment across an assigned route, and providing high-level customer service to clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service to clients and team members
Understand and adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures
Complete required training and development objectives
Project a positive image of the company at all times
Collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment
Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks
Handle Slot Machine malfunctions
Verify customer payouts
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice to Have

Experience within VGT industry
PC proficiency
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience
