Service Technician

About This Role

Join our team as a Service Technician and perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies.

Responsibilities

• Confer with shop foreman and service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work needed to be performed and future repair requirements
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
• Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
