Service Sales Specialist

About This Role

This role involves developing and growing a service client portfolio in the Anderson region, identifying and pursuing service sales opportunities for HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems maintenance for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of service clients throughout the Anderson region
• Identify, qualify, and pursue service sales opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems maintenance
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored service agreements
• Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate scopes of work and proposals
• Prepare and present service agreements, maintenance plans, and solution recommendations
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Track sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in service sales, preferably within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial service sectors
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and building operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to evaluate mechanical equipment and identify potential service needs
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local region

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service sales, preferably within mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial service sectors.
