Service Advisor

About This Role

Serve as a Service Advisor, greeting customers, determining their vehicle service needs, providing transparent price quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Determine customer’s primary concern and review additional maintenance needs
• Offer no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer
• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes
• Communicate with customers to ensure they feel comfortable and informed
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships
• Work as a team player and uphold professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team oriented
• Skilled at listening, problem solving, and communication
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales

Nice to Have

• Previous automotive service department or dealership experience
