Service Advisor

About This Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Service Advisor for Ken Garff Automotive Group, specifically at Honda of Orem. The advisor will greet customers, identify their service needs, provide updates and estimates, and manage service-related inquiries and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Utilize Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software programs to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review customer satisfaction survey to each customer
