Serve as an Internet Sales Associate for Ken Garff Automotive Group, communicating effectively with online customers to guide them through the sales journey and maintain knowledge of inventory.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and resolve concerns
- Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
- Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects by phone, e-mail, or in person
Requirements
- 1+ years of automotive sales experience
- Friendly and cooperative demeanor
- Ability to connect and build relationships with others
- Persuasive with a strong drive for results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of automotive sales experience
