About This Role

Serve as an Internet Sales Associate for Ken Garff Automotive Group, communicating effectively with online customers to guide them through the sales journey and maintain knowledge of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and resolve concerns
• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects by phone, e-mail, or in person

Requirements

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience
• Friendly and cooperative demeanor
• Ability to connect and build relationships with others
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of automotive sales experience
