About This Role

Serve as a strategic liaison between Fidelity and university partners to develop and maintain impactful relationships, supporting early career hiring needs and talent attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Fidelity and university partners
  • Develop and maintain impactful relationships with target university career services, deans, faculty, students, alumni, and professional student organizations
  • Lead the planning and execution of hybrid campus engagement and recruiting strategies across regions
  • Partner with key leaders and internal stakeholders to support early career hiring needs, including co-op and full-time programs
  • Manage requisitions, assess candidates, and support selection processes
  • Lead through ambiguity, adjust to evolving business needs, and influence without authority

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success in the development of talent attraction and retention strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with all campus recruiting lifecycle components
  • Experience in managing large-scale recruitment events and presentations
  • Experience building new, strategic school relationships
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to inform decisions and optimize strategies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Demonstrated use of technical applications and social media tools for recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn and Handshake)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining strong partnerships with universities and internal business stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
