About This Role

Join Fidelity Investments as a Financial Services Representative to help customers with their financial needs, gain industry licenses, and build a career in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
• Obtain FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
• Transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center after initial training and skill development
• Develop proficiency serving customers on the wealth management development track
• Build advanced skills for a career in planning
