Senior Analyst, International Trade Support

About This Role

The International Middle Office Associate supports two trading desks, the Fidelity Capital Markets International Equity Trading Desk and the Fidelity Foreign Exchange Trading Desk, by facilitating trade allocations, resolving settlement problems, and ensuring timely communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support international equity trading desks by assisting with issues, supervising trade allocations, and troubleshooting P&S and settlement problems
• Act as the primary contact for electronic order flow exceptions for the international equity trading desk
• Confirm financial details of foreign exchange trades and settle them to appropriate banking instructions
• Reconcile daily FX foreign currency accounts and investigate/resolve open accounting items
• Ensure pertinent information is efficiently communicated within the team and with internal/external parties
• Understand the order and trade lifecycle along with facilitating systems from order entry through settlement
• Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and implementation for projects related to foreign exchange and international equity

• Excellent digital literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of brokerage or trade support experience
• FINRA Brokerage licenses 7, 63 required
• Ability to effectively operate in a 24x6 environment, including holiday coverage
