About This Role

This role is for an entry-level Financial Services Representative, providing inbound phone support to customers and preparing for a future role in an Investor Center. It offers paid training to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses and is designed for career development in financial planning and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with inbound calls regarding account balances, withdrawals, and transfers
• Identify resources and place trades for customers
• Study for and obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 FINRA licenses
• Develop advanced skills for a career in planning and wealth management
• Network with colleagues and participate in online classes for professional development
