About This Role

Support corporate treasury and cash management operations as a Senior Treasury Accountant. This role involves managing daily banking activities, cash reconciliations, domestic and international payments, and providing backup support for accounting and tax-related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and resolve issues from daily bank reports across multiple entities
  • Prepare and maintain daily cash account reconciliations
  • Execute domestic and international wire transfers, payroll funding, intercompany transfers, and loan payments
  • Process monthly and quarterly sales tax payments as required
  • Record and monitor cash and auto-debit transactions in financial management systems
  • Review journal entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare weekly cash deposit summaries and journal entry reports
  • Produce weekly financial summary reports for senior management, including cash, AR, AP, payroll, inventory, and headcount data
  • Communicate NSF and credit card return notifications to relevant teams in a timely manner
  • Oversee timely scanning and document management for treasury and tax records
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold organizational values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting, treasury, or finance experience (internship acceptable)
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entries
  • Experience with cash management and bank reconciliations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
