Senior Training Analyst

About This Role

The Senior Training Analyst ensures agency training compliance with accreditation standards and state/federal regulations, focusing on CPI and CPR/First Aid certification. This role develops and delivers essential training programs for Mental Health Support Services staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop trainings for MHSS program initiatives including VA Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, licensing, and CARF
• Conduct CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and CPR/First Aid training for new hires and refresher training for current staff
• Maintain MHSS' learning management system including developing and documenting training sessions, policies, and record keeping
• Participate in departmental committees and project action teams to develop trainings for licensure and accreditation
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with community support networks and partnering county departments
• Assist with MHSS HR related training and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or related field
• 3 years experience in designing and delivering training programs
• CPI and CPR/First Aid certifications (must be obtained within first two months of hire)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in designing and delivering training programs; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in law enforcement, human services, or related field preferred.
