About This Role

This role involves overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's Operational Technology products, which are built on their AI Platform to provide a single source of truth for operating teams in industrial processes. The Solution Sales Executive will support territory strategy, customer engagement, and sales cycle management for these specialized solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement and account use case targeting related to OT/Industrial Connected Workflow sales
  • Provide input to Core Account Executive (AE) during the account planning process
  • Ensure recommendations for territory strategy and account planning align with ServiceNow’s Value principles
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of industrial digital transformation
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants (SC) & Specialist OT SC on Capability Roadmap
  • Coach Account Teams and peer specialist teams with foundational specialty solution area knowledge
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to transform daily work of industrial production operations with workflows, automation, and other digital solutions
  • Understanding of Operational Excellence processes in an Industrial environment
  • Experience influencing industrial buyers across decentralized decision making and establishing a circle of influence
  • 7+ years experience leading solution wins with specialty solutions
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative solution sales/customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes and buying behavior, particularly in industrial environments like manufacturing, life sciences, energy and utilities, or transportation/logistics

Qualifications

  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area
