This role involves building and pioneering in the technology space, solving complex business problems, and contributing to a major transformation within Capital One. It focuses on full-stack development, marrying data with emerging technologies, and delivering robust cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
- Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies
- Participate in internal & external technology communities
- Mentor other members of the engineering community
- Collaborate with digital product managers
- Deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
