Senior Manager, Product Manager - Multi-User Experiences

About This Role

Lead the Multi-User Experiences team at Capital One, focusing on customer needs to manage money through various relationships. Drive innovative product solutions by leveraging technology and data, while leading and mentoring a team of product managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve the unique needs of customers managing money through various relationships, such as for children or elderly parents
• Act as the voice of customers throughout the development of new features for multi-user accounts
• Enable new relational experiences through investment in backend architecture and data ecosystem
• Connect new services throughout the Bank to unlock limitless relationship possibilities
• Reimagine and innovate product solutions based on internal and external customer needs
• Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
• Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions within a modern data ecosystem
• Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
• Directly manage and mentor product managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or equivalent

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management; at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers

Nice to Have

• Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
• Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
• Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers
