Lead operational initiatives for the MV and HTM business across a region, focusing on improving efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance for GE HealthCare. This role involves coaching and mentoring operations leaders and driving USCAN-wide growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as operational service partner to Market Service Directors (MSDs) and develop operations strategy, action planning, and execution for the MV and HTM business
- Lead cross-functional operations teams to drive execution and achievement of business objectives for Applied Purchased Services (APS)
- Act as region representative and subject matter expert to USCAN for various operational and growth initiatives in the MV and HTM segments
- Directly manage MV Service Operations Managers (SOMs) and HTM Service Operations Managers (SOMs)
- Mentor, coach, and develop operational leaders within the region
- With the Region Service Delivery team, drive and develop operational targets, growth initiatives, cost control measures, and process improvements
- Support continual improvement of operational infrastructure in support of region goals and objectives with a Lean Mindset
- Develop and lead operational training and support strategies to ensure a high level of service delivery and conduct 1:1 coaching with market leaders
- Own APS targets and actions within the region and market, driving action plans at customer and product/modality levels
- Lead peripherals strategy for efficient customer service and KPIs, focusing on injectors, chillers, and UPS products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of operational experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment OR 9+ years of operational experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment
