This role is for a strategic leader focused on modernizing digital marketing within the healthcare sector at GE HealthCare. The Director will drive change leveraging AI, search engines, social media, and lifecycle marketing to enhance the company's digital footprint in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the modernization of paid and organic search strategies, incorporating AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Develop cutting-edge approaches to improve quality scores and optimize digital presence
- Redefine organic and paid social media strategies to amplify thought leadership content, enhance SERP rankings, and improve quality scores
- Drive engagement and elevate brand presence through innovative social media tactics and content marketing
- Develop and execute Employee advocacy programs for Associates to communicate thought leadership content
- Craft and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer relationships from prospecting to repurchase
- Design and implement sophisticated email marketing strategies using segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities for optimization
- Leverage A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in current digital marketing strategies
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key digital advertisers and platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience executing digital marketing programs
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing transformation projects
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, AI-driven content platforms, social media strategies, and lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Agile and innovative thinker with a relentless drive for excellence and strong awareness of latest marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience executing digital marketing programs, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing transformation projects.
