This role supports sales teams by improving operational efficiency in forecasting and reporting, driving strategic decisions for sales growth, and ensuring CRM data accuracy. The Sales Operations Manager will implement process improvements and provide training to sales personnel in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive efficiencies and growth
- Support the North America Sales Vice President with forecasting and reporting
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM data
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards
- Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Train sales team on tools and best practices
- Track and report key sales metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial skills and business acumen
- Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau software
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
- Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Strong research and reporting skills
- Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills
- U.S. Citizen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales
