Drive adoption and integration of cutting-edge solutions across a diverse partner ecosystem by guiding partners through their integration journey, uncovering technical requirements, and providing expert technical support. This role fosters trusted relationships and ensures partner success in leveraging the platform's services.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and understand technical integration requirements and business objectives.
• Align partner requirements with platform capabilities.
• Design and architect solutions leveraging the Management APIs.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to partners.
• Lead proof-of-concept implementations and integration pilots.
• Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize product improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, API Integration, or similar roles.
• Experience with integration platforms and API management tools.
• Familiarity with web application development and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for bridging technical concepts.
• Experience leading partner-facing technical engagements.
