SAP S4 Job Scheduler

About This Role

This role involves defining and documenting technology and process solutions to ensure compliance with regulations within an aerospace and defense company. The SAP S4 Job Scheduler will engineer and support highly available solutions for global use, leveraging relationships with SAP and other software providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and document technology and process solutions that ensure compliance with regulations like NIS 800-171, DFARs, CUI/CDI, SEC/SOX
• Engineer and support solutions that perform to the corporations needs and are highly available for global use
• Leverage RTX's influential relationship with SAP, Redwood, Solution Integrators and other software providers
• Guide technical teams through job scheduling best practices and processes
• Work with others to resolve conflicts, whether technical or process, to the satisfaction of internal and external customers
• Understand Redwood's RunMyJob (RMJ) workflow automation and Process orchestration technologies, SAP job scheduling and process chain technologies, and RTX Service Now's implementation (SNOW)
• Work with internal cyber and administrative practices and policies
• Work with functional teams to support configuration, system performance tuning and other activities necessary for the environment

Requirements

• 8+ years experience supporting SAP applications job scheduling
• U.S. citizenship is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling
• 8+ years experience supporting SAP applications job scheduling

Nice to Have

• General IT experience
• Experience supporting Redwood's RMJ scheduling tools
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and technologies, e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy
• Experience contributing to large, complex A&D enterprise projects (or similarly regulated large organization)
• Experience with the regulatory environment of a publicly held A&D organization
