• Support individuals exploring career transitions, professional development, and work-life balance
• Use a relationship-focused, needs-based communication approach
• Explain programs, learning pathways, and expectations clearly
• Track notes, follow-ups, and client progress using CRM tools
• Manage your own schedule and productivity with full independence

Qualifications

• Experience in career coaching, HR or recruitment, life coaching, client success, admissions advising, sales and marketing, or other relationship-centered roles.
