Senior Node.js Software Engineer

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief system designer
• Provide mentorship to other developers
• Bridge product requirements and the business team
• Translate product requirements into working code while aligning with business goals
• Push back and negotiate unrealistic timelines with the product team
• Strategize on solving customer needs and validating assumptions efficiently
• Evaluate using pre-existing SaaS solutions for subsystems
• Assess the necessity of features

Requirements

• Ability to work full time, within 3 hours of US EST time zone
• At least 3 years of experience as a paid software engineer working at a company where the primary product is software, or at a software development agency
• Deep knowledge of Javascript
• Understanding of http and server technologies
• Knowledge of ReactJS
• Computer Science background
• Excellent written English
• Basic conversational English
