Senior Marketing Specialist

About This Role

Support the Mountain States and Northwest Region markets by leading strategic marketing and business development efforts, acting as the main marketing contact for specific markets, and overseeing proactive marketing initiatives, pitch/proposal strategy, and creative development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in partnership with and reporting to the region’s marketing lead
• Serve as the main marketing point of contact for specific markets for incoming marketing requests
• Manage proactive marketing initiatives, pitch and proposal strategy, and creative strategy
• Create, design, and develop marketing materials as needed
• Lead and coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners, and others based on scope of services, client, and level of expertise required for pursuit
• Lead and partner with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces
• Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategy
• Partner with the internal marketing organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred
• 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience

Nice to Have

• Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry
