Lead a team of marketing strategists to create and deliver marketing materials and capabilities for B2B sellers in the Business Cards & Payments division. Partner with product and field leadership to define roadmaps and understand seller needs for integrated campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of marketing strategists to deliver diverse marketing collateral, processes, and validate new leads
- Build marketing capabilities to future-proof the field marketing ecosystem
- Partner closely with Product teams to define roadmaps for new capabilities (e.g., Content Management System, lead automation)
- Partner with Field leadership team to deeply understand sellers' needs, validate marketing opportunities, and prioritize initiatives
- Communicate updates to the broader field team
- Partner closely with Channel Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaign strategies aligned with product brand strategy
- Understand how competitors and non-financial services companies are evolving their field marketing ecosystem to drive efficiency and effectiveness for salespeople
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience in building and executing marketing strategies
- At least 3 years of product marketing experience building value propositions and go-to-market strategies to bring new products to market
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing and developing a team of direct or indirect reports
