• Bachelors in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with tax provisions for public and private companies reporting under ASC 740
• Strong desire to focus heavily on ASC 740 provisions and consult with clients
• CPA

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
