About This Role

This Senior Financial Analyst role enables financial rigor, operational alignment, and execution excellence within Intuit's Customer Success Finance and Workforce Management organizations. It involves owning driver-based financial modeling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to link financial outcomes with operational drivers and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with ICS Finance and Workforce Management teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans
  • Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI
  • Translate workforce, volume, productivity, and capacity drivers into financial outcomes
  • Own driver-based reporting frameworks, including month-end close reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Act as a finance point-of-contact for explaining results, trends, and variances to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitate mid-month and month-end financial review forums and drive alignment on forecasts, risks, and mitigation actions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations
  • Own end-to-end timeline, dependency, and deliverable management across ICS Finance and Workforce Management
  • Identify execution risks early and proactively drive resolution through structured problem-solving

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and sense of humor

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Product Management or Program Management, particularly in cross-functional or matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with Workforce Management, Customer Success, or Service Delivery teams
  • Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA
