Senior Field Service Technician

About This Role

Execute field service activities at customer sites, focusing on proactive system troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role involves direct interaction with customers and responsibility for work across multiple systems or locations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform proactive system troubleshooting
• Handle mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions (based on assigned role/customer requirements)
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory
• Anticipate and correct safety issues for both Company and Customer owned equipment
• Directly interface with customers
• Be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, or for multiple customers

Requirements

• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
• Clean driving record
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
