This role is vital for ensuring an elevated customer experience and seamless order coordination within the Customer Success team, focusing on order accuracy and efficiency through collaboration with customers, sales, logistics, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide service and support to customer and YSI locations worldwide
- Process orders received via e-mail, phone, EDI, and eCommerce
- Coordinate order management and communicate with Product lead Teams
- Engage with customers to clarify order details, provide updates, and resolve issues
- Process RMAs, credits, and restocking fees for product returns
- Coordinate and respond to customer requests involving other internal departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline order processing and fulfillment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years' experience in fast-paced global customer service environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of order processing software and workflows
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years' experience in fast-paced global customer service environment
Nice to Have
- Bachelors in business administration or equivalent experience
- Experience with Oracle 11i software system or SAP
- CRM experience
- Experience working with Export processes
- Mindset of process improvement with an eye towards efficiency and innovation
