About This Role

This Senior Field Marketing Manager will oversee crop protection pricing and marketing execution for a designated Sales Business Unit. The role involves leading marketing strategies, collaborating across teams, and contributing valuable insights from the field to impact market share and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead crop protection pricing execution and discretionary marketing spend management
• Coordinate marketing program launches and new product deployments
• Cultivate strategic thought leadership for pricing and cost management
• Partner with marketing teams to develop programs aligned with Business Unit goals
• Facilitate effective communication across sales and marketing divisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience in change management and driving organizational priorities
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management skills and multi-tasking ability
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or agricultural field
• 10+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
