Senior Duck Creek Developer- Billing

About This Role

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Billing implementations and upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical leadership to a team of developers. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding solutions, and mentoring junior developers within a remote team, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Billing implementations and upgrades, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide technical leadership to a mid-size team of developers, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain upgrade roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and upgrade phases.
• Guide the team in scoping, estimating, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and competency building within the team.
• Support solution architects in technical design and decision-making for mid-to-large-scale projects.
• Capable of providing Production Support and mentoring junior developers in effectively identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues.
