About This Role

Lead and manage compliance programs related to Antibribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Insider Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Antitrust for KPMG US, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to further build and operate compliance programs for Antibribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Insider Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Antitrust
  • Oversee risk assessments in collaboration with the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks; maintain risk registers and escalate high-risk issues to leadership
  • Work with process owners and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures; implement internal controls
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and stakeholders on conduct compliance topics
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms for conduct compliance across the organization; perform periodic testing of controls and processes
  • Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for senior leadership
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum twelve years of recent experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related fields
  • Juris Doctor or Advanced Masters degree, or certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), with 10 or more years of regulatory compliance experience
  • Experience managing compliance programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Familiarity with compliance technology solutions and data analytics
  • Deep knowledge of at least one and preferably two of the following compliance areas: ABAC, Conflicts of Interest, Insider Trading, Antitrust
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor or Advanced Masters degree
  • Minimum twelve years of recent experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related fields, within a professional services or regulated industry
