This role is responsible for selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services, primarily focusing on advanced communication solutions for small and mid-size businesses. You will develop local business partnerships, manage a territory, and achieve sales and business quality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations showcasing Comcast products and services
- Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
- Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' communication
- Manage a defined territory, developing local business partnerships and enhancing brand positioning
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and drive new revenue growth
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed monthly quota performance
- Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
